Organizational Health & Inclusion Specialist for organizations committed to healthy workplace culture.
You lead a complex, busy life, and your organization is no less stressed.
You’re used to bringing your all to your work … but lately, you’ve seen a strain in your teams that you can’t help but recognize.
You want the best for your workforce, but you’re not quite sure what guidance you need to fix the problem. In fact, you may not be able to quite articulate what the problem is.
You just know it’s there.
In the middle of pandemic realities, economic struggles and racial crises, your teams are really grappling with how to work together in healthy, inclusive ways while coping with the stress of chaotic times.
The modern business is different from what it was just a year ago and teams need to adapt quickly and powerfully, or become obsolete.
You don’t need…
new project management tools
fancy team building experiences
to stop your regular work for a 3 day off-site
… or any other run-of-the-mill solutions, to invigorate your team and help them be happy and fulfilled by their work.
What you need is someone to come into your space, dive into the work you and your team are doing, find the issues, and help you co-create the solutions in a specific, tangible way. That’s what I’m here to do.
I brought my strategic brain to my work with autism families through Melody of Autism. In that organization, I actively engage the needs of parents and professionals who work with people on the autism spectrum, and design curricula and experiences that meet those needs.
Strategy is the fuel that keeps me running, but it’s okay if that’s not your top strength. Let’s work together to create a plan for you or your team that helps you achieve your organizational goals.
The strength of your team is dependent upon your work ecosystem.
To create a strategic plan to take your team from disorganization and stress to operational flow, it starts with understanding the humans on your team.
Not just their demographics, psychographics, and what their DiSC profile says.
You have to understand how they operate as singular individuals so that you can understand how they fit in your team.
That includes understanding how you operate, too.
This principle underscores my work in designing TeamWork Ecosystems.
Here’s how the process goes:
To implement this in your team, apply for a private workshop on cultivating team ecosystems for maximum productivity and adaptability.

“The strategic planning session with Faith was amazing!”
Faith unravelled my ramblings and gave meaningful insight as to what my sticking points were. She dropped seeds of ideas that blew my mind and left me speechless. I am now thinking about the future of my business differently..

“Improving a team in the workplace requires a person who is both a good listener and strong leader—Faith excels in both of these areas.”
Faith recently led a series of staff development sessions for Longview School. She has the ability to move comfortably from the general philosophy of a business (a school, in our case) to its daily implementation. She helped us clarify the overall mission of our program in a way that was immediately applicable by our team.
— Mark Jacobs, Director, Longview School
“Faith Clarke’s ability to zero in on a business owner’s real challenges and opportunities is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.”
With deep wisdom and connection, she helped me gain clarity, confidence, and a vision forward that was inspiring and personally meaningful.
— Author, educator, consultant
“Consulting with Faith Clarke to work with my team was helpful from the beginning to the end.”
Before the training, Faith met with me to discuss expectations and to develop the training to meet my team’s needs.. In this very useful and helpful training series, Faith allowed for exploration, reflection, and practice, over the three days. Team members told me they now knew where to start with some of our more challenging clients. As a director, I have seen a difference in how team members approach these clients with more confidence and empathy. My closing session with Faith gave me the opportunity to debrief and discuss ways for my team to continue developing these skills.
