Series Overview

This 5-part exploration is an opportunity for you to fine-tune your workplace communication practices in ways that deeply honor your humanness. In each part of this series, you will be asked to journal your reflections and share them with one other person. Sometimes, the journaling activity will simply focus on you expressing your thoughts to yourself. At other times, the focus will be on your deep, nurturing and listening. And sometimes, you will be asked to find another person that you feel safe with at work and share some of those thoughts with them. This is always optional.

Expanding our capacity for authentic and restorative communication can feel really vulnerable and it’s important that you engage these practices in a way that feels good to you. Remember, the activities offered in this miniseries are suggestions. Feel free to modify them in ways that seem suitable to you and your specific needs.

If you have questions or need some support with these activities, feel free to email (faith@faithclarke.com) or schedule some time to talk.
